Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Travel Administrator to manage and coordinate corporate travel operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in travel administration or corporate travel management. You will be responsible for handling travel bookings, ensuring policy compliance, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting travelers throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process domestic and international travel bookings for employees, ensuring cost-efficiency and policy adherence.
Liaise with travel vendors, airlines, hotels, and car rental services to secure the best rates and services.
Maintain up-to-date travel records, itineraries, and documentation.
Handle visa processing, travel insurance, and other necessary arrangements.
Support employees with travel-related queries, changes, and emergencies.
Ensure compliance with company travel policies and recommend updates as needed.
Generate regular reports on travel expenses, trends, and savings opportunities.
Work closely with finance and HR teams to streamline travel and expense processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience in travel administration or corporate travel coordination.
Strong knowledge of travel booking tools, GDS systems (like Amadeus, Sabre), and travel platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and cost control.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
